Summary: The Financial Officer provides budgetary, financial management and advisory services
to the Executive Director and is responsible for all aspects of the accounting management policies, programs and systems, including accounting,
banking, budgeting and revenue management.

Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and establishing an automated financial
management system that encompasses a general ledger,
managerial-financial reporting, and the ability to produce financial
statements. Acts as the financial and budgetary liaison with other government bodies to ensure that the financial operations are handled in accordance regulations, policies, procedures and sound financial practices.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting, plus six (6) years experience in financial management including at
least four (4) years at a management level in a government agency or
private organization.

Main responsibilities

Apply knowledge of biological science and engineering technology to
agricultural issues. These issues will relate to the following:

• machinery and power
• electrification
• structures
• soil and water conservation
• processing of agricultural products.

Test agricultural equipment to ensure efficient performance at all times. 

Using computer-aided design technology, you must help with the design of agriculture machinery components.

You must visit locations to observe environmental issues, to monitor construction activities and
to consult with outside contractors.

Responsible for bar-tending, mixing drink specials, and scheduling
staff.

Manages staff of 2-3.
