A dynamic Internet start up is looking to hire a Human Resources Expert on contract.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions posted by job seekers via email.
• Provide sound advice to HR related questions and concerns via email.

Requirements

• Must possess a BSc. or MSc. in HR or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Must have at least 4 years experience in the HR field
• Must have access to a computer with high speed Internet
• Must have a sound portfolio. Published articles are a plus.
• Knowledge of local and regional (Caribbean) recruitment market is definitely a plus.

The successful candidate must be comfortable with having their career portfolio and professional photograph publicly displayed on the company's website.

The candidate will be required to work from a remote location (home-based is perfectly fine).

The candidate must be Caribbean based but applicants from Trinidad and Tobago will be given higher preference.

Hours of Work

The hours of work will be determined upon interview but it is generally flexible and does not have to be during normal working hours.

Salary

The candidate will be paid on the number of hours worked for the month at a mutually agreeable hourly rate.
