The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to create new business from a start up position. A strong salesperson, you will need to clearly understand the
important dynamics involved in this role. We require a clear thinker who is decisive, positive and a committed team layer.
Ideally but not necessarily you will have a strong knowledge of
and key contacts in the Barbados job market.

More importantly however, you will demonstrate strong ambition and
the energy necessary to deliver sustained results in a very challenging
environment. You will thrive under pressure and will be very
ambitious, enthusiastic and articulate.

This is a telecommuting position but you will be required to meet with clients at their offices.

Minimal Requirements 

• Bsc. Marketing or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong negotiation skills
• At least 2 years working experience in a Sales/Negotiating position.

• Must own a car or have access to one
• Proven Sales record
• Certificate of Good Character
• Must be able to work on your own and with or without being part of a team.
• Must own a working laptop or have access to one
• Must have a working High Speed Internet connection from home.
• Previous experience selling insurance is an asset but not a requirement.
